Episode 41 - Russell Snyder

This week's guest is Russell Snyder! Russell is the host of Pool House Rocks on JEMP Radio. We talked about how Russell discovered Phish in '96 by hearing 'Hoist' on cassette tape and shortly after saw his first show in '98 at Polaris Amphitheatre in Columbus OH.

 

Getting to know Russell was a blast! Hearing abouts Russell's eclectic taste in music made this a really fun episode! We talked about everything from Big Daddy Kane and the Beastie Boys ...to Jerry and of course Phish. 

 

He even shared some fun stories from the road and Big Cypress.

Episode 42 - Diego Rodriguez

This week's guest is Diego Rodriguez!

We talked about how he got into Phish and the jam band scene back in his high school days and also heard about his first show experience at Austin City Limits back in 2010.

We talked about some of his favorite jams, including the YEM from Dick's 2012, and the Tahoe Tweezer.

Diego also shared what song he wants to hear Phish cover, and shared some fun stories from the road!

Episode 43 - Ryan Divito

This weeks guest is Ryan Divito! We talked about how Ryan discovered Phish at Hockey camp in 2000 and then years later saw his first show at Northerly island in Chicago in 2014.

 

We also discussed why the Alpine Ruby Waves is his all time favorite jam, and on the flip side why Sugar Shack just doesn't make the cut.

Episode 44 - Jeffrey Rosenberg

This weeks guest is Jeffrey Rosenberg! We discussed how his first show was the iconic Camden show in 1999 that he went to with his babysitter of all people, then we got into talking about the Bathtub Gin from 6-28-00 and how he was hooked from there.

Jeffrey has a unique way of breaking down the "ethos" of Phish, which was an exciting change of pace getting to hear how in depth we can go, not just about the music itself but the meaning behind it all.
